Feb 22, 2016 · The only thing she wants to use is outlook. Purchased office 365 from Ebay, installed and brought up Outlook. I used the various in-bound out-bound info Att-Uverse had given me. I was not able to setup outlook, it failed every time. Called Att-Uverse, Some 3rd level tech person finally logod on to her system and also tried a number of things.

AT&T usually uses an integrated Modem/Router (2 Wire rig). That means you Ooma device is connected to one of the Router LAN ports. From reading Ooma Forum posts, users seem to have more Quality of Service problems with AT&T. Hrm, yes, there are certainly ways we can improve the use of the Forum to guide new users to information, and we will continue to look at how to improve the Forum experience. However, bumping old threads without adding any new information to them is not something we'd like to encourage.
